Rare Intarsia

The intarsia design is an art form which grew from ancient Egyptian mosaic traditions, and found its richest expression during the Renaissance in Italy (c. 1400–1600).

The design is handmade by cutting and fitting together small pieces of stone, making each design unique in its shape and form.
